The room was fantastic, with a modern and clean design. The complimentary chocolates left a sweet touch. The location couldn't be better, just a short walk from the train station and close to the city center. The parquet floor gave a nice touch and the big bathroom was a pleasant surprise. The wifi worked perfectly, allowing me to stay connected throughout my stay.

The reception area was a bit confusing to find, as it was not very visible from the main road. breakfast was not included in the room price and had to be enjoyed in a separate location from the rooms building.

Location: the hotel was right by the main attractions in the region and Cheese & Chocolate factory and city center. The room was perfectly clean and complete with a tub👍

Beautifully kept hotel located in a beautiful area adjacent to many good bars and restaurants, the center of the town, and many eating options. Perfect little, neat room with a separate bathroom and a bathtub and separate wc. Early check in and easy check out.

Conveniently located, Hotel Du Cheval Blanc - City Center in Bulle provided a pleasant room with a hot tub that was excellent. The hotel was very clean, making for a comfortable stay. Despite minor setbacks such as parking and a slightly complicated check-in process, overall I would recommend this hotel.

Secondly, the rooms were spacious and clean. I was pleasantly surprised by the size of the room, which provided ample space for my belongings. Additionally, the staff were friendly and attentive, ensuring that I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Lastly, the breakfast offered at the nearby bakery was delicious. Starting my day with freshly baked pastries made my stay even more enjoyable.

I recently stayed at Hotel Du Cheval Blanc - City Center for a weekend getaway. The room was well-appointed with a comfortable bed, good lighting, and a clean bathroom with a great hot water flow. The staff was accommodating, changing our room to accommodate the extra bed we needed for our son. Free parking was available right in front of the building and the central location was convenient for exploring the town. Despite these great features, the price was surprisingly low, making it excellent value for money.

I had a great stay at this hotel in the city center. The location was perfect, right in the heart of town and close to everything. The value for money was excellent, especially considering the low price compared to other Swiss hotels. The staff were friendly and accommodating, even going so far as to change our room to accommodate our needs. The rooms themselves were well-appointed, with comfortable beds and clean bathrooms. I also appreciated the option to have breakfast at the bakery across the street.

Noise was a bit of an issue due to the hotel's location above a night club.

This hotel was in a great location, very close to most of Gruyère's top attractions and shops and restaurants. It was also very close to the train station, making it easy to get to without a car. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, and the cleanliness of the hotel was impressive. Additionally, there was a private parking lot for guests to use, which was convenient.
